unemployment benefit (WW-uitkering)

A benefit from the UWV for employees who have become involuntarily unemployed.

The WW benefit (Unemployment Act) is a temporary benefit for employees who become involuntarily unemployed. To qualify, you must have worked at least 26 weeks in the last 36 weeks (week requirement (wekeneis)). The benefit amounts to 75% for the first 2 months and thereafter 70% of the last earned wage, up to a maximum daily wage (dagloon). The duration is at least 3 months and at most 24 months.

To receive unemployment benefit (WW), you must have worked at least 26 of the last 36 weeks.
