EU posted workers directive (WagwEU)
Dutch law obliging foreign employers to provide Dutch minimum employment terms to posted workers.
The Posted Workers Terms of Employment Act (WagwEU) implements the European Posting of Workers Directive and obliges a foreign employer to guarantee an employee posted to the Netherlands at least Dutch terms of employment, including the minimum wage and the collective agreement standards of the sector in which the work is performed.
