Pension fund for temporary workers
StiPP (Foundation Pension Fund for Staffing Services) is the mandatory pension fund for temporary workers in the Netherlands. After a waiting period of 8 worked weeks, the basic scheme starts with a fixed percentage premium. After 52 worked weeks, the plus scheme starts with a higher premium and more pension accrual. Employers in the temp sector are required to register their employees with StiPP.
