Clause restricting contact with clients/relations

A non-solicitation clause is a provision in the employment contract that prohibits the employee from maintaining business contact with clients or relations of the former employer after termination. It is considered a form of non-compete clause. For temporary contracts, a non-solicitation clause is only valid with written justification of compelling business interests.

The non-solicitation clause prohibits the employee from contacting the employer's clients after termination.
