The judge competent to rule on employment disputes.
The sub-district judge is a judge at the court who is competent to rule on labor disputes. This includes dismissal cases, wage claims, disputes over non-competition clauses and other labor law matters. The sub-district judge can, at the employer's request, dissolve the employment contract if there is a reasonable ground for dismissal. The procedure before the sub-district judge is relatively swift and accessible.
