Inlenersbeloning
Hirer's remuneration (inlenersbeloning)
The principle that temporary agency workers are entitled to the same remuneration as employees at the user undertaking.
The inlenersbeloning (user company pay) is the right of temporary agency workers to equal remuneration as comparable employees at the user company. This includes the gross salary, short-time working compensation, allowances for overtime, irregular hours, shift allowance, initial pay rise, expense allowances and periodic increments. This right is laid down in the WAADI (Wet Allocatie Arbeidskrachten Door Intermediairs) and the ABU/NBBU collective labour agreements (CAO's).
“Since the WAADI, temporary agency workers are entitled to the inlenersbeloning.”
