Fase C (uitzendwerk)
Phase C (Temporary Work)
Third phase, permanent contract
Phase C is the third and final phase in the phase system for temporary workers. After completing Phase A and B, the temp worker receives a permanent contract with the temp agency. This offers the most security, with the same dismissal protection as regular employees. The employer can only terminate the contract through the regular dismissal procedure.
“In Phase C, the temp worker receives a permanent contract with the temp agency.”
