Fase B (uitzendwerk)

Phase B (Temporary Work)

Second phase of temporary work, maximum 4 years

Phase B is the second phase in the phase system for temporary workers. After Phase A, the temp worker receives fixed-term contracts, with a maximum of six contracts in four years. The temporary work clause no longer applies, giving the worker more security. During illness, the contract continues and the worker is entitled to continued salary payment.

In Phase B, the temp worker receives fixed-term contracts with more security than in Phase A.
