Fase A (uitzendwerk)
Phase A (Temporary Work)
First phase of temporary work, maximum 78 weeks
Phase A is the first phase in the phase system for temporary workers under the ABU collective agreement. During a maximum of 78 worked weeks, the temp worker works with a temporary work clause. This means the contract automatically ends when the assignment stops or when the worker becomes ill. In this phase there is maximum flexibility for the temp agency.
“In Phase A, the temp worker works with a temporary work clause, meaning the contract ends when the assignment ends.”
