Collective agreement for temp workers via ABU
The ABU collective agreement is the collective labour agreement of the General Association of Temporary Work Agencies, which applies to the majority of temporary workers in the Netherlands. The agreement regulates matters such as the phase system, wages, allowances, vacation days, and pension accrual. Besides the ABU agreement, there is also the NBBU agreement for smaller temp agencies.
“The ABU collective agreement regulates working conditions for the majority of temp workers in the Netherlands.”
