A1 Certificate
Certificate that social insurance applies in home country
The A1 certificate is an official document showing that an employee working in another EU country is socially insured in their home country. This prevents double premium collection. The certificate is especially relevant for posted workers and labour migrants temporarily working in the Netherlands while remaining insured in their home country.
